Terms and Conditions


  1. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed upon successful payment and confirmation of availability in your service area. Services are available within our designated travel area; additional fees may apply outside this zone.
  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full.
  3. Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before the session. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment in advance. Zen WellNest reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.
  4. Professional Conduct: All sessions are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund issued.
  5. Liability Waiver: By receiving massage therapy, you accept any associated risks and release Zen WellNest and its therapists from liability for any injury or unexpected reaction occurring during or after the session.
  6. Consent: By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and consent to receive massage therapy services.

Zen WellNest Return & Refund Policy

At Zen WellNest, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Terms of Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.


Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it

Please note: Certain health, wellness, or personal care items may be exempt from return due to hygiene reasons. See specific product descriptions for details.


Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect item received
  • Unwanted item (must meet condition of return)

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at support@zenwellnest.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a replacement? Please reach out to our support team to arrange an exchange if the product is damaged or incorrect.
